Time goes by so quickly when you are watching your little one grow up. Babies just grow so incredibly fast that each day makes such a difference. Brenna now sits on her own and can play in a sitting position for as long as she chooses. She still wants to roll to get where she wants to go. She is pretty quick with it too. If we look away for a minute, she is across the room before we look back. She is drinking from a straw like she has been doing it for months. Lately, she will grab two of our fingers and pull up from sitting to standing and balances herself on our fingers so she can "yell" at the dog or see what is going on. She just likes to be upright and involved in the action. Oh, and very important---she now has enough hair to wear a hairbow clip!
I just looked to see how many photos I have taken since Brenna was born, and we are quickly approaching the 4,000 mark. I go overboard with it, but I am willing to bet that I will be thankful I did one day. We had a big seven month old photo session at home. I am still trying to learn the new camera, and I still have some kinks to work out with shadows and lighting. Here are a few of our favorites.
